If you’re reading this, you probably already know me.
For those of you who don’t know me, I’m not famous, but every now and then I find something that I (and even some others) find useful, interesting or funny. This is where I’ve chosen to store and publish those finds. Maybe one day this site will be worth “monetizing,” but not now.
Professionally, I’m a consultant specializing in data communications (networking) design, implementation, operation, and troubleshooting. I teach these concepts as a contractor for Global Knowledge, and sometimes travel to interesting locations for them.
In any spare time, I shoot people. Often multiple times. My weapon of choice is my Canon 20D, but sometimes, if I want to be more stealthy, I use my Canon G9. If you’d like to contribute to my habit, I’m saving up for this, this (oh yeah), and this.
My most important role in life, however, is that of husband and father. I’m proud to be in those roles and proud of the people I’m related to.
What else? Well, I like science in general, and theoretical physics in particular. I like philosophy and psychology and sociology. I like reading science fiction and techno-thrillers. I watch The Hunt for Red October at least once a year.
